Synopsis

"MTV Pop and Rock World Records 2011" is a superb guide to everybody's favourite types of music and the records associated with them. More than just a dull book filled with page after page of cheesy charts and boring record sales, this book offers a huge range of information on all sorts of musical styles, musicians and countries - everything you need to know about the entire world of pop and rock. Tying in closely with MTV's brand values, this book is an amazing, amusing and above all fun look at pop and rock records.

They co-wrote the Q Magazine Encyclopedia of Rock Stars, Rock and Roll Year By Year, The Guinness Book of Rock Stars, Rock Movers and Shakers, and Wham! The Official Biography, as well as biographies of Bob Dylan, Jimi Hendrix, Led Zeppelin, Barry White and Bob Marley. They are both based in the USA.
