Amelia Horne is the owner of 'Jack Rabbit's Kitchen' and 'The People's Grocer' cafe in the Cathedral Quarter of Derby. Amelia inherited her love for food - and a substantial amount of Victorian literature on the subject - from her great-great grandmother, who was a cook at Arundel Castle in the nineteenth century.
