The Author: Enrique Marquez is Assistant Professor of French and Spanish at the United States Navel Academy in Annapolis, Maryland. He holds doctoral degrees from both the University of Miami and the Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Sciences Sociales, in Paris, France. He has authored several volumes of poetry and articles in academic journals.
