Synopsis

Is God Greater Than Your Circumstances? Life's storms can be relentless - financial stress, relationship strife, or even the death of a loved one. Benny Perez has been there: he and his wife, Wendy, lost a child in the womb. Tragically, it happened during a routine sonogram: as they watched the heart monitor, their child's heartbeat fell from normal to flat-line in a manner of minutes. A day later, Wendy nearly died after a routine follow-up procedure. Yet, they survived. But even more, they thrived - not out of their own strength, but God's. Benny writes, "As I kept asking, 'Why? Why? Why?' God kept simply answering, 'I'm right here.' I kept thinking, 'That's not an answer,' but then I began to realize that it was. Jesus was in the midst of all that I was going through, right there with me, and it was not about 'Why?' - it was about 'Who.' "
