NIght Fishing in Galilee: The Journey Toward Spiritual Wisdom (Paperback)

Usually despatched within 2 weeks.

Using the twenty-first chapter of the Gospel according to John, Kenneth Arnold offers a sustained reflection on the acquisition of patience, wisdom, and spiritual maturity. Utilizing his own love and experience of fishing, he teaches us "how to fish" and in doing so risk a transforming encounter with the Risen Lord. Arnold invites us to join him, along with Peter and the Beloved Disciple, on an imaginative and illuminating journey of inquiry, a night fishing expedition that will plumb the depths of the Sea of Galilee-and our souls. Night Fishing in Galilee will help readers who wish to navigate the path toward a deeper relationship with and knowledge of scripture, God, and themselves.
