Jim Winchester is a freelance writerywith many years of experience who has written widely on various aspects of aviation.y He is the author of several books including Fighters of the 20th Century, Classic Airliners: Lockheed Constellation and Combat Legends: A-4 Skyhawk, and has contributed to the World Air Power Journal and Flight International's World Aircraft and Systems Directory.y He lives in west London.
