Andrew Morton to cover royal wedding
21st December 2010
British royal biographer Andrew Morton is preparing to write a book about the upcoming wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton.
The writer, whose biography books include Diana: Her True Story and The Beckhams, said in a statement that William & Catherine will be released within weeks of the couple's marriage, which is set to take place on April 29th next year.
He commented: 'The nuptials of the English royal family's most popular and glamorous couple are sure to be essential viewing - not just for England, but for the entire world.'
Morton added that the book, which will feature 150 photographs including 32 of the wedding day itself, will serve a record of what could be a 'turning point in the history of the British royal family'.
As well as covering the wedding, William & Catherine will tell the story of how the couple met at university eight years ago and their journey towards marriage.
Last month, Clarence House confirmed that Prince William and Kate Middleton will be married at Westminster Abbey, with the royal family to cover the cost of the wedding.
