‘On the most basic level, saving the world is about protecting the air we breathe, the water we drink, the food we eat and the crazy-cool collection of wildlife living on Planet Earth, including us.’
We all know that a better world is possible. One where we all get to breathe clean air, marvel at the abundance of wildlife and enjoy life without worrying it's all about to self-destruct. But how do we get there? And can it really be easy? And fun? And free? Award-winning environmental campaigner Natalie Fee helps answer those questions in this inspiring talk introducing her new book How to Save the World for Free.
Covering all areas of our lives—from food and travel to politics and sex—Fee will challenge us to think and live differently and to make small changes that contribute huge gains in the fight to save the planet. Fee will also help to frame the scale and complexity of the environmental issues we are currently facing by analysing some of the major barriers to change and exploring practical, engaging ways we can disrupt them.
The event will be followed by a Q&A and a book signing.
