ALL THAT MATTERS AT FOYLES – Ziauddin Sardar on the Prophet Muhammad

Tuesday 25th September 2012 6:30pm - 7:30pm 107 Charing Cross Road Literary Event, Free Event

Leading philosophers deliver 20 minute speechbytes - the rest is up to you.

Following on from his polemic Why do people hate America?, Ziauddin Sardar uses classical sources and original research into pre-Islamic Mecca to shed new light on the Prophet Muhammad's early life, and discovers a vibrant, complex character driven by justice and equality. An event as informative as it is informal, Sardar will fly through the facts before opening up to the audience for questions, conversation and debate.

Venue: the Gallery at Foyles, Third Floor, 113 - 119 Charing Road, London WC2H 0EB
Tickets: Free, but need to be reserved by adding the required number to the basket below or by emailing events@foyles.co.uk. No physical tickets will be issued: the order confirmation you will receive after adding ticket/s to your basket is your proof of reservation.
