“A little spice for your next bookmeal”
(Paperback)
by Elisabeth Pih
This was a nice read, and very, very spicy indeed. I liked how the FMC evolved and the storyline gave her what she needed. I wasn't all there with the writing itself, but it might not have been all my style. I reccomend this so every romance-reader out there, if they want spice and this kind of well... Dom. Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for letting me read this and give my honest opinion.

“This was a sweet if unremarkable romance with a small trickle of dom/sub kink”
(Paperback)
by fionalivinglife
While cute and fun, the description of this book perhaps gave me expectations that were not fully realised. I liked the two lead characters and their interactions were charming but the “super-steamy” scenes were not that steamy. I wouldn’t have minded this if we had really explored the dom/sub dynamic but this feels like a gimmick for a meet-cute at the start and a convenient way to justify why they have sex in the workplace rather than using kink in a meaningful aspect. The background mystery about why Grant was at the company felt quite basic and for the sake of tension for the final act and didn’t really add anything to the story. This was a sweet if unremarkable romance with a small trickle of dom/sub kink. 3.5 stars Many thanks to Forever (Grand Central Publishing) and Netgalley for this digital ARC in exchange for an honest review.
