As major foodies and lovers of Indian food, this cookbook has been a welcome addition to our home. The vibrancy of the book itself is definitely an eye catcher and the variety of recipes inside is a huge win as there’s definitely something for everyone !

Before we talk about food.. let’s just appreciate the design of this book. It’s amazing. Very appealing. The cookbook itself is amazing too.. the choice of food, the stories behind the recipes and the artwork are perfect. The book has a large variety of choice and it’s divided into season - something for everyone. As a family, we have been enjoying the recipes. We would definitely recommend this book.

I have really enjoyed this cook book so far, particularly because the spice mixes that the author creates are all just a bit different from the meals I usually cook. The Aubergines with poppy seeds was our favourite that we have made so far, we couldn't stop eating it! We are looking forward to making our way through many more recipes.

So many recipes to choose. I’ve done a couple now and I found the recipes easy to follow. My 17 year old son has also made some and they were delicious. I highly recommend this book

A stunning cookbook with lots of unique recipes which are easy to create at home. I loved the seasonal approach to this book and that, despite cooking many curry recipes in the past, there were fresh flavour combinations to try. I would definitely recommend this cookbook to anyone looking for some new ideas to try out in the kitchen!
