Frank O'Brien has over thirty years' experience in investment and fund management. He was formerly Head of Fund Management at Irish Life Investment Managers. He is a founder member and former chairman of the Society of Investment Anaylsis in Ireland. Frank is a Certified Accountant and former President of ACCA Ireland. Brian McLoughlin has over twenty years' experience of stockbroking and fund management. He has held senior positions with NCB Stockbrokers, Irish Life Assurance, and ABN AMRO Stockbrokers. He is a member of the Securities Institute. Brian is an investment practitioner and lectures on several finance programmes at the Centre for Executive Education in Dublin City University, and the IMI.
