Synopsis

Strategic Management books all emphasize planning, implementation and control. But successful strategic management is all about evaluation at every step of the process. If your plan is faulty or your implementation and control processes are not up to par then your plan is in jeopardy. Each step needs to be analyzed. White and Lavin show how evaluating at every step dramatically improves the chances of success.
