Synopsis

In this fourth, updated edition of the Number 1 Amazon Property best Seller, Property Millionaire Simon Zutshi will show you how you can build a GBP 1 million property portfolio and a GBP 50,000 income in just 12 months, by revealing some of the success secrets behind his Property Mastermind Programme.

This revised edition includes a brand new chapter on Property Options, New case studies and extra content such as: The 5 questions to ask Estate Agents to get them to find the best properties for you; How to pay off your mortgage in 8 to 10 years and build a property portfolio at the same time: How to quickly and easily asses if a property will make positive cash flow for you; and How to recycle your deposit every 6 months using "Momentum Investing".

The essence of the book is that no matter where you live, there are motivated sellers in your area who will sell their property to you for well below the true market value. This means that you can build a substantial property portfolio using very little of your own money. Simon will show you how to find these motivated sellers, how to deal with them and structure an ethical win/win deal.

The book is designed to open your mind, stimulate your thinking and make you aware of some of the current possibilities available in property investing.

Simon Zutshi is a financially independent, professional property investor with almost two decades of experience investing in residential property in the UK and overseas. Simon started investing in 1995 when, as a first time buyer and a recent graduate in debt, he found a strategy to purchase his first property (his home) using none of his own money. By renting out the spare rooms, he was able to cover the mortgage payments and effectively live for free! Caught by the property bug, Simon started to buy more property and, by the age of 32, he was financially independent due to the passive income generated from his property portfolio. Since an early age, Simon has been interested in the art of magic. He started to perform professionally at the age of 15 and became a member of the world famous Magic Circle in his early 20's. Simon has often said that investing in property draws many parallels with magic, in that once you know the secret, what seemed impossible before is simple to achieve. As with any magic trick, knowing the secret is not always enough, and in order to become truly successful, you must practice and apply your knowledge with skill. In 2003, Simon founded the Property Investors' Network, which is now a nationwide organisation, to provide a supportive environment for investors to learn more about investing, with the aim of maximising their return and minimising the risks. Simon now spends most of his time helping and educating other investors by sharing his 'hands on experience' gained over many years as a successful investor. He is one of the few property speakers in the UK who is a member of the Professional Speakers Association. As such, Simon is regularly invited to share his residential property investing strategies at the large property exhibitions and entrepreneurial business conferences in the UK and around the world. In April 2007 Simon launched his Property Mastermind Programme, which is designed for investors who want to add an extra GBP1m to their property portfolio and an income of GBP50,000 in just 12 months. With a limited number of delegates on each programme, it is no surprise that the first Mastermind Programme sold out in less than two hours. Each year there are two programmes, one starting in April and the other in October.
