Synopsis

From the smallest companies to the largest, the ability to successfully respond to Requests for Proposals is paramount. This unique book goes beyond simply writing the proposal. Batio/Juliano's "Proposal Strategy" covers the entire RFP process, detailing the steps the Proposal Department at one of the world s largest accounting firms follows from the time the RFP hits the desk until the bid is awarded including preparing for the next proposal opportunity. Proposal Strategy offers a wealth of knowledge and practical tips for successfully managing the entire proposal process. A rich resource for companies of all sizes, the book is designed for professionals responsible for handling RFPs but also offers valuable insight to sales representatives who participate in the RFP process.
