Synopsis

The leadership navigator is an explanation and extenuation of the processes behind De Liefde's first book Lekgotla. The leadership navigator aims to explain what De Liefde calls the Universal Life Cycle (ULC) - the process whereby leaders can identify levels of consciousness and help find harmony and balance, both as individuals and within a corporate or societal setting. In addition, the ULC can assist companies in giving valuable insights into the ability of members of the collective to work together. This title aims to further explain De Liefde's ideas of leadership and explains how compassion and forgiveness amongst leaders invariably brings both financial success and wisdom.
