Synopsis

Win It is a book about building a successful, winning B2B sales function in a business. Leveraging the two author's deep and personal experience of doing this very successfully the book will cover the whole end to end strategy and execution of a winning sales plan.

Win It will explain how to structure teams, how to develop job descriptions, how to develop pricing strategies and structure contracts to create minimal client friction. It will explain how to recruit, how to manage, lead and most importantly coach your team to success.

Building effective and high performing sales teams is the lifeblood of every B2B business. It is hard and there are many pitfalls. The best decisions are often counter intuitive and fly in the face of much published "management science". Win It will show the reader how to:

Utilise product pricing tricks

Turn the sales process upside down for success

Identify what flexibility the sales team will have

Make Pipeline Tracking and Reporting your Friend!

The authors have a unique perspective and experience of building the most effective sales team in HR technology in the last nine years. They have worked together for over a decade and in this book they will share the secrets that they learned the hard way.
