Synopsis

Informal learning is happening all around you. As a training and development professional, you want to harness and guide that learning so that workers can easily access quality information anytime, anywhere. But where to start? What is informal learning, anyway? This Infoline will teach you how to recognise opportunities for informal learning, and provide you with a framework for promoting and supporting it in whatever form it takes.
