Allan Teoh is the man behind AllanBakes, a delightful little cafe cum cake shop known among cake and pastry aficionados for its treats that are freshly baked on the premises daily. Prior to starting AllanBakes, Allan was a public relations and marketing manager. Baking was a hobby and he would only bake in the weekends for his mum. After the passing of his mother however, Allan gave up baking. It was only at the persuasion of his close friends that Allan started heating up the oven again. He also began taking orders which grew to such a quantity that Allan decided to gave up his lucrative corporate career to pursue his passion for baking full-time. Since then, Allan has garnered numerous accolades for his baked goods, the most recent being "Cheesecake Heavenly King" (Lianhe Wanbao/Red Nano SMS contest) for the innovative and irresistible selection of cheesecakes that he whips up daily.
