Yasmin has lived in Sydney, Paris, New York, Los Angeles, Mexico City and Manila and speaks English, French and Spanish. As a proud Filipina-Australian (her mother was born and raised in the Philippines, her father in Australia), Yasmin returns regularly to the Philippines, where she and her young family have a second home.
