Chef Elsa Van Der Nest graduated from Le Cordon Bleu, South Africa with a Grande Diplome (First Class Honours). She then worked for a number of fine establishments, including the 2-Michelin Star Le Manoir Aux Quat' Saisons in Oxford, England and the Mossiman Academy in London. Today, she resides in Singapore with her family.
