Veggie BBQ is a stunning approach to cooking veg to bring out their flavour and celebrate their versatility. For anyone that wants to get better at cooking vegetables or who wants to increase their veggie repertoire, Nikolaj covers small plates, mains and some delicious desserts.

The barbecue is a great social gathering place, for casual dining and fun with friends and family. And it doesn't have to be about burnt meat and a few limp salads. From salads and dips to whole veg on the grill, pizzas and burgers, this is a stunning selection of easy, yet nutritious recipes.

Recipes include: Babaganoush; Grilled Portabello Mushrooms with Taleggio, Corn and Tarragon; Charred Asparagus and Broccoli with Fried Chickpeas, Chilli and Hummus; Panzanella; Baked South Indian Sweet Potatoes with Masala-fried Onions and Yogurt; Grilled Cauliflower Salad with Salted Lemons and Mint; Flatbread with Wild Mushrooms with Herbs and Parmesan; Tacos; Pizzas and Veggie Burgers as well as some modern Scandinavian recipes like Grilled Coleslaw with Fresh Goat's Cheese, Summer Greens and Sour Cream and Danish Strawberries with Mascarpone and Almond Croquettes.
