January – diets, sobriety, terrifying credit card bills and weather that at best is grey and not too cold - there isn’t a lot to make you feel good. But using the long dark days to take a step back and look at your surroundings (and doing a bit of brutal de-cluttering) is a pretty good way to set yourself up to enjoy the rest of the year! The advice in this seems fairly basic and logical, but somehow, we all overlook it. A quick and quirky read that will have you on your way to being a little more zen!
