Dr Aspa Sarris is a senior lecturer in the School of Psychology at the University of Adelaide in South Australia, and is a member of the Australian Psychology Society, a committee member of the College of Organisational Psychologists, a member of the APS College of Organisational Psychologists. Her research research aims to contribute to our understanding of the factors in the workplace that impact upon individual well-being and organisational performance. Her specific areas of research interest include organisational behaviour, organisational culture, Antarctic station life, and the behaviour of groups in isolated and confined environments. Dr Neil Kirby is a senior lecturer in the School of Psychology at the University of Adelaide in South Australia. He is on the IDSC research committee, and is a member of the Bedford Industries Board, the Australian Psychology Society, and the Health, Disabilities and Lifespan Development Centre. Neil's research interests lie with the assessment, training and behaviour management of people with intellectual or other disabilities, the speed of information processing associated with intellectual disability, ageing and brain damage, and organisational psychology particularly, organisational behaviour.

Delivery is free for the UK. Western Europe costs £60 for each 12 month subscription package purchased. For the Rest of the World the cost is £100 for each package purchased.
