Take 5: Anti-anxiety Activities for Kids (Paperback)

Pre-order for despatch on publication.

Kids can find effective anti-stress solutions in a matter of minutes with these simple exercises and activities which invite them to focus, calm down and reset.

Whether children are at home or on the go, the activities in this book are convenient to be practiced anywhere, for as long or as little as works for them. All activities have a suggested time recommendation, so children can find a 'time-slot' that suits their day. Feature spreads will also appear at intervals that give further information on the mechanisms of stress, understanding how stress effects people and why the activities in the book are proven to help.

Content includes breathing exercises, mindful colouring, soothing brain games and much more, all suitable for children aged 8 and up.
