Dr. Dwijendra Nath Roy, visiting Professor at the Oregon Health and Science University, in Portland, USA and Professor, Department of Bio Engineering, National Institute of Technology-Agartala (Govt. of India), Tripura, India, Dr. Roy has published 14 (fourteen) research papers in peer reviewed international journals (SCI) with high impact factors as first author as well as corresponding author, 1 (one) Edited book (Title: Terpenoids against Human Diseases) in CRC Press, 3 (three) book chapters (T&F, Elsevier, Wiley). Furthermore, he has been handling projects as Principle Investigator on 'Development of Biofilm Inhibitor from medicinal plants and nanoparticles', funded by Department of Science & Technology, Govt. of India. In addition to this, he is guiding PhD students on Biofilm studies, which has prompted him to write an effective book on this topic for students/professional. In recent years, he has published several research articles on Biofilm studies in international journals and many more articles on this topic are in the pipe line to get published soon
