Recent compelling research shows that both spending time creatively and engaging with nature can alleviate anxiety and low mood. Emma Mitchell combines the two in her gorgeous new book, bringing readers a unique way of taking care of their wellbeing.

Each of the 16 crafts in MADE WELL, from making a herbarium to intricate drawing techniques, has been specifically designed to improve mental health. Whether you need to lift your mood, increase your motivation, halt the worry loop or simply relax and recharge, there's a craft in this book that will help you do it. Step-by-step instructions and beautiful illustrations and photographs shot at Emma's cottage in the Fens, take you through each project so even beginners can feel the benefit.

Calling on the latest science and explaining how each project can help in terms of its impact upon your brain and body chemistry, MADE WELL shows just how powerful getting out into nature and spending time creatively can be.
