All About Me: Keeping Well

Find out about keeping well. Exercise and healthy eating are important. Learn about what else keeps you safe and well.

With very low level text, the All About Me series shows children aged 3-6 how to look after themselves and their physical and mental health. Questions throughout encourage children to talk about their ideas and experiences and engage children with the topic.
