Between Two Ends
Synopsis
Yeats has always known his family has secrets. When he and his parents visit his grandmother's house in an attempt to face his dad's depression head-on, Yeats reunites a pair of pirate bookends and uncovers the amazing truth: people can travel into books! Yeats uses his discovery to attempt a rescue of his father's friend Shari, who has been stuck in The Arabian Nights for thirty years. Assisted by the not-always-trustworthy pirates, Yeats must navigate the unfamiliar story of Shaharazad - dodging guards and tigers and the creepy things that lurk in the margins of the stories - in order to save Shari and bring peace to his family at last. A fantasy rich with atmosphere and full of heart-stopping drama.
