Building a Results-based Student Support Program

This workbook/manual teaches K-12 school counselors-in-training how to build a comprehensive, results-based student support program that encourages collaboration among counselors, school psychologists, social workers, nurses, and other support staff working within the school to ensure student success. This book serves as a beginning to systemic change in the way counseling services have been delivered in the past. Basic elements of the newly proposed National Standards and National Model by the American School Counselor Association are integrated into this model that has a 30-year proven success rate in schools nationwide and internationally.
