Synopsis
Chirpy is a little girl who spends all her time in her own little world of fear and fantasy, cut off from reality. Her mother is in a mental home and she has to live alone with her father, who virtually ignores her. After making a friend and befriending a stray cat, she comes out of her cocoon.
