Collaborators

Set in the tobacco-growing country of Pennsylvania, this focuses on two women, Andrea Doria and her dominant mother. Andrea describes how when her mother has a stroke and loses the power to reinvent reality according to her own ideas, she rescues her mother and in so doing, rescues herself. Janet Kauffman has also written poetry and an award-winning collection of short stories "Places in the World a Woman Could Walk".
