This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 10th International Conference on Modelling Techniques and Tools for Computer Performance Evaluation, Tools'98, held in Palma de Mallorca, Spain, in September 1998.The 25 revised full papers presented were selected from a total of 69 submissions.
