Data Base Systems: Management and Design

This volume is designed for a short course in information systems, data processing, or computer science. The emphasis of the text is on applications and it should be useful for those who will be involved in database management in business and industry. Emphasis on the relational model (the basis for the leading database management systems) provides students with knowledge of databases used in industry.
