When Cathy and Martin decide to have a baby by donor insemination, Cathy's mother, Joan, blames her son-in-law for the unnatural act. Intrigue follows - Joan is murdered; the doctor at the clinic has been using his own sperm to impregnate women. Taggart has to resolve this and catch the killer.
