Genocide Reader

This new title is a primary sources text on the international crime of genocide. It includes extracts from treaties, domestic legislation, domestic and international case law, statutes of international and hybrid domestic-international criminal tribunals, UN General Assembly and Security Council Resolutions, and UN reports and declarations arising out of UN conferences. Each chapter commences with a short introductory note explaining the relevance of the materials contained therein.
