Hell Trail

Stranded in the desert with a lame horse, Frank Clooney hitches a ride using the alias Sam Rafter to hide his true identity as a bounty hunter. But his chance meeting with the Carver family lands him in a pile of trouble. To say the Carvers are dysfunctional would be putting it mildly. Ned Carver is a scoundrel and a tyrant, and it soon becomes apparent that his wife sees Clooney as the instrument of her own and her daughter's freedom. Then, Clooney finds himself on very dangerous ground when a notorious outlaw, Spitter Larch, joins them. If the sidewinder remembers the real Sam Rafter, Clooney's life won't be worth a plugged nickel!
