Mechatronics

Massive layoffs and downsizing within the engineering corporate community have forced companies to depend on their remaining engineers for more than just one function. Moreover, in many firms, mechanical, electrical, software, packaging and manufacturing engineers are coming together with one goal in mind - the product. This approach is called "mechatronics". This book discusses the pre-planned application, implementation and integration of electronics and mechanical operations in a simultaneous manner to develop an optimum product.
