Mini Pas-Add Interview Score Forms

Since the early 1990s the PAS-ADD tools have been increasingly used for the assessment of mental health problems in adults with intellectual disability (ID), and are now widely used throughout the world.Available in packs of 20, Mini PAS-ADD score forms are for recording the Mini PAS-ADD interview scores. Please note that the score forms must be used in conjunction with the clinical glossary in the handbook.These score forms have been updated in correspondence with the Mini PAS-ADD Interview handbook. These are now both fully revised and compliant with ICD10 and DSMV.
