MTV: "Diary"

The companion book to MTV's hit show, DIARY. The show MTV'S DIARY emerged as the first ever invitation into the life of an artist, narrated first-hand, directly into the camera. Viewers see the artist in their home and on the road. We are introduced to the artist as a person--untraditional and uncut. Artists included are Aaliyah, P Diddy, Christina Aguilera, Beyonce, Britney Spears, Reese Witherspoon, Bono, Marilyn Manson and many more. The artist speaks to the camera, directly to the viewer, recording personalized journal-style entries. DIARY extends itself to artists less likely to let people in--enigmas, even recluses--true artists who are willing to give us a glimpse into their private lives.
