Programming with Objects, Multimedia and C++

The author's approach to Introductory Computer Science takes full advantage of the multimedia capabilities of C++. The approach integrates real-world situations and brief fictional stories with basic programming concepts. An accompanying disk offers a software support function that enables students to write their own C++ programs. This software can be run using both Borland's C++ compiler and Microsoft's Visual C++ compiler.
