Verne, a duo of photographers who travel the world searching for strong images, has travelled around the globe photographing the surf- , party-, beach-, and chill-out-culture of a dozen famous beaches. The beaches captured on film here are: Brazil (Rio), Mexico (Puerto Escondido), USA (South Beach Miami), South Africa (Clifton, and Camps Bay, Cape Town), Israel (Tel Aviv), Ibiza (Sa Trincha), France (Hossegor), The Netherlands (Bloemendaal), Ukrain (Odessa), India (Goa), Thiland (Kho Pa Ngang, Hat Rin), Australia (Bondi Beach). "Summertime" reflects the dream of many people - to live on an island, far away from conformity.
