The Chromophyte Algae: Problems and Perspectives

In this book, an international panel of phycologists, protozoologists, mycologists, and other biologists review the current status of the chromophyte algae (those containing chlorophylls a and c). They discuss the ultrastructure, biochemistry, physiology, systematics, and phylogeny of this diverse group of ecologically and economically important organisms.
