Synopsis

Big Gene Bannerman was a man with many friends, yet he always worked best alone when danger was part of the deal. His journey to Mexico to save his sister's child had danger stamped all over it and when Bannerman swam his horse across the Rio Grande for Sonora, he had company. Bad company in the shape of Joe Delta, a mysterious man of the gun whom Bannerman didn't trust, but could not leave behind. Locked in mortal combat with powerful Don Diego, his treacherous sons and more gringo gunmen than he'd ever seen in his native Texas, iron man Bannerman found his life on the line a dozen times as he challenged all the odds to rescue his sister's child from the clutches of the Don. With the odds high and the death toll climbing in bloody Sonora, Bannerman, the man with the mission, vowed he would save the kid - even if his trail pard turned out to be a Judas in disguise who could so easily cost him his life.
