Workgroup Computing: Workflow, Groupware and Messaging

Modern enterprise networks allow information to be automatically distributed (workflow computing) and to be accessed by multiple operators using a variety of platforms and protocols (workgroup computing). This text shows how to implement and use this architecture to enhance productivity.
