Working it Out: A Handbook for Violence Prevention in Work with Young People

Written around 27 activities that you can run yourself, and based on practice from organizations in Germany, Austria, South Africa and the UK this work aims to contribute to the prevention of all kinds of violence involving young people. It can be used: as a source of new ideas and key concepts, to understand youth violence better, and as information to stimulate the development of your own practice; as a toolkit, to develop practical approaches that can be used with collegues and young people; and as guidelines for the transformation of organizational culture and the reduction of violence.
