Absolutely unputdownable! I couldn't wait to finish this book, at same time, didn't want it to end. It's a real page turner. What this man has gone through, and now achieved, I've only full respect for him. This book made me want to get my trainers on and go out for a run. The people in the book and their stories have the wow factor. Such a great read. I was talking about this to my sister while on the train, then realised other passengers were also listening, this book left me wanting more, probably like the other passengers too! It seems, The Ben Effect has had a huge effect on more than 401 people. Loved this book!!!
