very good read enjoyed the book would recommend the book

This is the second book I have read from Grisham ( after reading the thriller- The Appeal) and I have to say this book really had me on the edge of my seat. When I first picked up the book and scanned through it, I thought that maybe the story would drag, however I was very surprised, as by the second chapter I was gripped and this continued throughout. A Time To Kill is a classic thriller, however has something different and unique compared to other greats. It leaves one eager for more. Well Done Grisham!

This is the first book I have read by John Grisham. What have I been missing?! Fantastic read! I was hooked from the very first chapter. Superbly written, a real page turner! Brilliant!!

I made the mistake of reading the first 2 pages and I saw something terrible that will stick in my mind for ever. This is gratuitous violent writing. Do not read if you value your soul.
