Reviews: Absolute Pandemonium (4)
“Booming!”
(Hardback)
Brian Blessed lives life with no regrets and with his foot firmly on the accelerator. His personality is so ridiculously likeable that you can't help but fall in love with his story which is wonderfully filled with some really fabulous anecdotes.
“Absolute Pandemonium indeed!”
(Hardback)
Brian Blessed is a brilliant storyteller and this is a riotous memoir - really enjoyed it!
“Fantastic book and interesting read! ”
(Hardback)
This is a fantastic book! It's full of character, laughter and the renowned Brian Blessed fun
“Joyous”
(Hardback)
I was sent a reading copy of this by the publishers and wish I hadn't. Unless you're actually Brian Blessed you'll just be left thinking "I've wasted my life"
I've never bitten through an umbilical cord. I've never climbed mountains or undergone astronaut training or punched an actor down some stairs.
What really does come across is his love for life and excitement and enthusiasm. It's impossible to read without hearing either his roaring voice or intense whisper in your head. Avoid reading for prolonged periods as you may find you start talking like him.
A great read even if you're not a fan.
