“Superb”

I’m another of the generation that saw these events live as a young child. Awe inspiring. Seeing these pictures in such stunning quality brings it all back. The book is heirloom quality!

“Breathtaking”

Having watched the first moon landing as a little girl on a small black and white television I decided to treat myself to this book. I can remember, after we watched it as a family, the next night we went into the garden and looked up. To imagine there were men on the moon was almost impossible. This book has a stunning collection of photographs and is worth every penny.
“Coffee table books don't get much better than this”

by Robert Fenner
This is a beautiful book. The restored photographs are pin-sharp, and the words give you all the context you need. Waterstones has been selling it at a very fair price to its mailing list subscribers, so when I saw how good it was, I bought two more copies for family and neighbours. To infinity - and beyond!
“"The next best thing to being there." - Charlie Duke”

Apollo Remastered is a thing of beauty and already one of my all-time favourite books. You will truly not believe the level of detail until you see it for yourself. The images are so crisp and rich, they look like they were taken yesterday. We are so used to seeing the fuzzy black-and-white images of these missions that they have always felt distant and unreal to me. Now, the remastered scans of the original, frozen prints are the closest we will ever get to being there ourselves. This book is a glorious treasure trove, with hundreds upon hundreds of large and colourful images that truly put you there alongside the Apollo astronauts. Absolutely breathtaking.
